Our rankings are the first true benchmark of excellence in tattooing worldwide. Created to establish a standard that has never existed before, they provide an independent measure of artistry, echoing the role Michelin stars play for the world’s finest chefs.

The Global Top 10 and Global Top 100 artists lists are released annually on 1st November. Artists in the Top 10 are designated Black Ivy, while those in the Top 100 are designated GRAPHICA.

Ranked artists are eligible to receive an official certificate and a personalised SKINGRAPHICA award for studio display.
